The following information is designed to help our new patients better understand our practice, and take the first steps toward a healthier, more beautiful smile!

• Click on the “Pay Bill Online” button below. This will link you to a secure checkout page.
• In the “Total Amount Due” field, enter the total located in the “Pay this amount” field on your statement.
• Also enter your invoice number and customer number located on your statement.
• Enter your payment information and Billing information and then hit the Submit Payment button at the bottom of this page to submit your payment.
